NEW YORK, July 19, 2022 - LaShonda Oglesbee, Vice President, Global Head of Strategic Enablement & Change at Assurant, was named as one of Savoy Magazine’s 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America. The ranking showcases an elite representation of African-American individuals who have been recognized for their executive and business leadership in national and global-leading corporations.
With more than 19 years of strategic consulting experience, Oglesbee leads Assurant’s global change management function supporting significant transformation initiatives and employee engagement efforts. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, leveraging insights from the voices of over 15,000 employees and an extensive network of global Engagement Champion Teams to enhance the employee experience.
